There are two very important gifts that God has placed within your hands. These gifts are the gift of prayer and the gift of praise. If there is anything that the enemy wants to block in your life, it is the power of prayer in Jesus name and the power of praise. Your prayer brings deliverance, freedom, and supernatural healing to your life and to the lives of others and your praise causes great salvation for your entire community and city. Whatever you do, don’t allow anyone or anything to stop your praise.
In Acts 16:16-26, we see that through the power of the spoken word, Paul cast out a demon from a woman oppressed by an evil spirit. After his imprisonment, we see that through the power of their praise God sent an earthquake and set all of the captives free and brought salvation to an entire family. Paul understood that through prayer, God would intervene. He recognized that if he would pray the prayer of faith and speak the word of faith that the young woman would be set free. Paul also understood that while he and Silas were bound in chains, that if they would praise God, Jesus would do something. What God did literally shook the whole city and brought revival.
Let me encourage you today to understand that there is an attack against your praise. The enemy knows that your family is delivered because of your praise. God has promised to open doors for you when you bow down in prayer.
He’s promised to back up your words with His divine signs.
He’s promised to fight against the enemy when you speak the word of faith.
He’s decreed that your praise will stop the enemy.
He’s made a proclamation that your anointing will open the prison doors.
He’s commanded that your praise will break the shackles from all who are bound.
God is saying to you, don’t let anyone stop you from praying and don’t ever stop praising Him. Praise Him every day, sing songs of worship, and dance before the Lord. Your praise is the world’s victory!
