Beloved, the Lord has given you the keys to your future through the principle of sowing and reaping. He is calling you to sow diligently, not just in the morning of your life, but also in the evening, when you might feel tired or uncertain about the outcome. The seeds you sow in faith—whether they be in ministry, business, or personal growth—are divinely designed to bring forth a harvest. “In the morning sow thy seed, and in the evening withhold not thine hand: for thou knowest not whether shall prosper, either this or that, or whether they both shall be alike good” (Ecclesiastes 11:6, KJV).
The Lord is speaking to you today: Do not allow the circumstances around you to dictate your actions. If you wait for perfect conditions, you will never move forward. Instead, step out in faith and begin sowing your time, resources, and energy into the things God has placed on your heart. "He that observeth the wind shall not sow; and he that regardeth the clouds shall not reap" (Ecclesiastes 11:4, KJV). God is faithful to His Word, and whatever a man sows, he will surely reap. Therefore, take every opportunity to invest in God’s Kingdom, knowing that He is preparing a great harvest for you. “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap” (Galatians 6:7, KJV).
God has a plan for you, but His plan requires your active participation. He has declared, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end” (Jeremiah 29:11, KJV). However, this plan will only unfold as you take action, stepping out in faith and sowing into the vision He has given you. Your role is to plant the seeds; His role is to bring the increase. As you work diligently in your calling, trust that God is working behind the scenes to bring forth a bountiful harvest, both in this life and the one to come.
Do not grow weary in your labor, for God sees your efforts, and His timing is perfect. “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not” (Galatians 6:9, KJV). Persist through adversity, knowing that the seeds you plant today will bring blessings tomorrow. Whether the ground seems dry or the winds of adversity blow, continue to sow generously. As the Word of God promises, “But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully” (2 Corinthians 9:6, KJV).
The Lord is preparing a glorious future for you, not just in this life but also in eternity. Every seed sown in faith is not only bringing a return now but also laying up treasures in heaven. Jesus said, “Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven” (Matthew 6:19-20, KJV). So, keep your eyes on the eternal rewards that await you as you sow into the Kingdom of God. The harvest will be abundant, both now and forever.
